Riola is booking software for soft play, bounce house, and party rental companies. It runs the job from the first enquiry to a signed contract, a paid deposit, and a truck packed with the gear that was actually booked.
What it is
One workspace for a rental company whose inventory leaves the warehouse. Customers request a package and a date. Staff approve it. The contract and the deposit go out together. Crew load from a pull list for that date.
Who it's for
Operators who rent soft play, bounce houses, party packages, or event gear. The usual setup is a booking page, a contract thread, a separate invoice tool, a warehouse list, and a crew schedule that lives somewhere else. Saturday is when that stack fails.
What we built
Cambric built Riola so those pieces are one system. Availability comes from the equipment you own, not a calendar that can double-book a ball pit. A paid deposit confirms the booking and locks that gear. Staff coverage, hours, and a phone app for the crew (today's jobs, clock-in, and chat) sit next to the booking. The whole business is in one place, from the enquiry to the loaded van.
