1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at cambric.crsvstudios.com (the "Site"), operated by Cambric Inc. ("Cambric," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Site, submitting the intake form, or otherwise interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.
2. The site vs. an engagement
The Site is informational: it describes how we work, shows past case studies, and lets you start a conversation about a potential engagement. Nothing on the Site is an offer to perform work, and no client relationship, retainer, or obligation is created by browsing the Site or submitting the intake form.
If we take a project forward together, the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and ownership of what we build will be set out in a separate, signed service agreement or statement of work. That agreement — not this page — governs the actual engagement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any related network;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site by automated means outside of standard search-engine indexing;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or attempting a denial-of-service;
- Submit the intake form with false, misleading, or spam content.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, layout, copy, and imagery are owned by Cambric Inc. or used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our written permission.
The Site describes our practice of handing built software over for a client to own outright. That handoff of ownership applies to the specific deliverables built under a signed service agreement — it does not extend to the Site itself or to Cambric's own brand, name, and marketing materials.
5. Intake & contact submissions
When you use the intake form, the email field in the footer, or otherwise contact us through the Site, you're sending us information so we can evaluate fit and follow up. Submitting the form does not guarantee a response, a fit-check outcome, or an engagement — Grace reviews every lead against revenue and values criteria before anything gets scoped, and we may decline to move forward for any reason.
See our Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site, including case study descriptions and process explanations, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not business, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and shouldn't be relied on as such.
7. Third-party services
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may link out to third-party sites (for example, social profiles). We don't control those third parties' content or practices, and this Site's Terms don't apply to them — check their own terms and privacy notices before you use them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambric Inc. and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
